From Overwhelmed to Empowered:

Your Partner for Simplified Nutrition

“I really enjoy working with Charlene. She is very personable. She is also very knowledgeable and has helped me with my eating habits and has gotten me on the right track… She is also now working with my husband and having both of us on the same page has helped us. Our blood work numbers are backed down where they need to be. Feeling great and being more active. Thank you Charlene!!”

Does any of this sound familiar?

A doctor telling you need to lose weight but providing no guidance?
Having no energy at the end of the day?

Feeling overwhelmed with all the nutrition and diet information on social media?

Weight is not an indicator of health

Weight is not a sole indicator of health because health is a complex and multifaceted concept. Several factors contribute to overall well-being, and focusing solely on weight can overlook important aspects of a person’s health. As a dietitian, I take a comprehensive health assessment and consider various factors, including physical, mental, and metabolic aspects. I approach health with a holistic perspective, emphasizing overall well-being rather than fixating solely on weight as a measure of health.

Nationally credentialed and licensed in Georgia

What is the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?

Registered dietitians (RD) are nationally credentialed and licensed in the state of Georgia. RDs provide medical nutrition therapy and counseling. Nutritionists cannot provide medical nutrition counseling or diagnose or treat illnesses. Dietitians must first earn a bachelor’s degree and are required to obtain a master’s degree. To receive the RD credential, prospective dietitians must complete more than 1,000 hours of clinical experience and pass a national exam. In short, all dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians.
